Ryan Welter, MD, PhD

North Attleboro, MA  •  Founder and CEO, Medical Advisory Board

Ryan Welter, MD, PhD is the CEO and Medical Director of Regeneris Medical. Dr. Welter obtained his doctorate in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Oklahoma State University and his M.D. from the University of Oklahoma. He completed his residency at Brown University Medical School, where he now serves as Clinical Associate Professor. In 2002, Dr. Welter founded Tristan Medical, which has grown to be one of the largest providers of primary, urgent, and occupational health care in Southeastern Massachusetts, serving over 70,000 patients a year. In 2005, Dr. Welter began a successful hair restoration practice and founded the New England Center for Hair Restoration, creating a state-of-the-art operating suite designed exclusively for accommodating hair transplant surgery. Research continues to be very important to Dr. Welter, and he hopes to see regenerative technology and research come together to benefit health care at Regeneris Medical.

Gurmander S. Kohli, MD, FACS

Raynham, MA and North Attleboro, MA

Gurmander S. Kohli, MD, FACS is a board-certified and fellowship-trained plastic surgeon with more than 30 years of experience at hospitals in Massachusetts and California. A native of the United Kingdom, Dr. Kohli received his medical degree from the University of Glasgow School of Medicine. He served his residencies at Glasgow Western Infirmary, Glasgow Royal Infirmary, London Charing Cross Hospital and Malden Hospital in Massachusetts. He completed further training in general, plastic and reconstructive surgery at Boston University Hospital and Medical Center (now Boston Medical Center). Dr. Kohli has served as Chief of Plastic Surgery at three Boston-area hospitals, and Founder and Medical Director of The Center for Plastic Surgery and Personal Development at Boston Regional Medical Center in Stoneham. Dr. Kohli is a member of several selective medical boards and societies, such as the American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, the Massachusetts Society of Plastic Surgery, and the International Medical Foundation. Dr. Kohli’s areas of expertise include minimally-invasive rejuvenation and anti-aging procedures, breast reconstruction and augmentation, hand surgery, functional and aesthetic nose surgery, and liposuction.

Derek Lee, DO

North Attleboro, MA

Dr. Derek Lee is a Sports Medicine doctor with a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Degree from Western University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency program at USC Family Residency and MacNeal Family Residency, and his fellowship in Sports Medicine at VCOM Auburn. In addition to serving as Team Physician at Auburn University for Division I sports including football, basketball, and gymnastics, Dr. Lee has worked as a covering physician at esteemed athletic events such as the Los Angeles Marathon, Chicago Marathon, Women’s Rock Half Marathon, and Monster Dash Half Marathon. Dr. Lee specializes in treating patients with a variety of orthopedic and sport injury conditions. His clinical interests include non-traditional, minimally-invasive procedures and advanced cellular treatments.

Robert W. Alexander, MD, DMD, FICS

Robert W. Alexander, MD, DMD, FICS is an internationally recognized aesthetic & reconstructive surgeon, author, teacher, pioneer in use of stem/stromal cells in clinical practice, and a recognized leader in the field of Biocellular Regenerative Medicine as well as the Chief Clinical Scientific Officer with Healeon Medical. Dr. Alexander was appointed Chairman of the Department of Maxillofacial/Craniofacial Surgery, University of Florida (JHEP) where he was responsible for an accredited (post-doctoral) Surgical Residency training program. Following a four year academic appointment, he returned to Seattle (WA, USA) in private and part-time academic practice. He taught multiple full year Fellowships for Board Certified or Eligible surgeons, following completion of their accredited Residency from 1990-2008. Dr. Alexander is the recipient of multiple awards and recognitions in the areas of his primary specialty, as well as in the evolving uses of stem/stromal cells. He continues his academic affiliation with the University of WA (Seattle), and practicing/teaching the latest advances in Biocellular Regenerative treatments in plastic surgery and orthopaedic regenerative medicine. Using his scientific orientation and experiences, his wide scoped clinical surgical experiences combine to make him an acknowledged and respected expert in the areas of anti-aging and cellular therapies across multiple disciplines of medicine and surgery.

Eric Ehle, DO

Amarillo, TX

Dr. Ehle was born and raised in Texas. Early on, his exposure to medicine varied from EMT and surgery tech training to seminars on nutrition, homeopathy, manipulation and acupuncture with his father (a chiropractor). He received a Bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Science from Texas A&M and then attended Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine at the University of North Texas. During medical school, Dr Ehle worked as an OMM (osteopathic manipulative medicine) teaching assistant and served as president of the Complementary and Alternative Medicine Club. He also spent a month with the University of Arizona’s Integrative Medicine program run by Andrew Weil and then later in residency completed their Integrative Medicine 200 hour online curriculum. Dr. Ehle received his family medicine training at Maine Dartmouth Family Medicine Residency, one of 8 residencies whose program has an integrative medicine component. As a third year resident, he was honored to be elected chief resident. Dr. Ehle is board certified in not only Family Medicine but also in Medical Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine, an accomplishment only a few physicians across the country have achieved. Dr. Ehle’s passion for learning and teaching resulted in an award for STFM Resident Teacher of the year.

In addition to his private practice, he works part-time as an assistant professor at Texas Tech University HSC School of Medicine, supervising and teaching family medicine residents the importance of integrative family medicine. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with family, soccer, church, photography, running and biking.

Gordon Crozier, DO

Lake Mary, FL

Gordon Crozier, DO, is internationally recognized as a leading physician in the area of integrative medical treatments and services.

He is the Medical Director of Excellent Living Medical Center, where he also practices medicine. A board certified physician in the State of Florida, Dr. Crozier graduated from Des Moines University & College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery in 1994 as a Doctorate of Osteopathy. After serving his internship and residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Michigan State University Garden City Hospital Campus, he practiced in the areas of neurology, neurosurgery, hormone replacement, and women’s health.

Today, Dr. Crozier is recognized as a leader in the research and application of integrative medicine. Patients from around the world seek his medical advice and treatments for conditions and disorders including tick-borne diseases, chronic fatigue, parasitic infections, mold and other toxicities, and more recently autism and ADD-ADHD. Jake Wardwell, DO

Jake Wardwell, D.O. founded the San Francisco Institute for Integrative and Regenerative Medicine and has been pioneering the intersections of the fields of Integrative and Regenerative Medicine in his private practice in San Francisco. He graduated from Michigan State Univserity College of Osteopathic Medicine and is board certified in Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine, board eligble by the American Board of Integrative Medicine and ARDMS RMSK certified as a musculoskeletal sonographer.

Dr. Wardwell combines Osteopathic and ultrasound diagnostics with Regenerative therapies and integrative rehab tools like acupuncture, yoga therapy, and regenerative physical therapy protocols in order to treat musculoskeletal conditions. In the field of regenerative aesthetics, he has developed techniques influenced by French Mesotherapy as well as cosmetic acupuncture.
